Having a good relationship with our partner is one of the most important goals many people have.
Sometimes we do need a neutral third party to help you understand the situation, how you are contributing to the dynamics and to help you gain new ways to deal with your relationship issues.

I work in a caring, open and non-judgemental environment where both sides will calmly get an equal chance to have their say. My treatment combines Emotion Focus Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Systems Therapy/Theory.
