Depression is unfortunately a very common issue in our society. Many times there is a combination of emotions, thoughts and behaviours that are not being handled favourably behind it. While everything else may seem doom and gloom, feel better knowing depression is treatable with counselling and therapy.
Loss is part of life. We can grieve for a variety of reasons during our life, from a job loss to a loss of a loved one. However, if the grieving process is debilitating your ability carry a normal life Grief Therapy may be necessary.
Having a good relationship with our partner is one of the most important goals many people have. Sometimes we do need a third neutral party to help you understand the situation, how we are contributing to the dynamics and to gain new ways to go about it.
